Runtime Labs LLC ("Runtime Labs", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through runtimelabs.fyi and our products, and how we use it.

1. This website

runtimelabs.fyi is a static website. It does not use cookies, does not run analytics or tracking scripts, and does not collect personal information. Our hosting provider may record standard server logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and operational purposes.

2. Our products

Our desktop and mobile applications are designed to be privacy-first. Where possible, all processing happens locally on your device — for example, VoxBee transcribes audio on-device, PhoneDown analyzes camera input locally without uploading it, and Headroom reads credentials from your system keychain without sending them to us. We do not sell user data, and we do not use your content to train AI models.

Some products (such as Orbit, How Real Is Your Food?, and GitHub Notifications) require an account or connect to third-party services to function. Each such product publishes its own privacy notice describing exactly what it collects; that notice governs your use of that product.

3. Purchases

When you buy a product or book a session, the payment is processed by a third-party payment provider or marketplace (such as Stripe, Gumroad, Polar, Intro, or Apple). We receive the information needed to fulfil your order — typically your name, email address, and the item purchased. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

4. Email

If you email us, we keep the correspondence so we can respond and for our records. If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address is stored with our newsletter provider and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

5. Data retention and your rights

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing us.

6. Children

Our products and services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
