Refund Policy
Last updated: September 14, 2026
Software purchased directly from Runtime Labs
If you buy a product directly from Runtime Labs and it does not work as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase at hello@runtimelabs.fyi with your order details. We'll first try to fix the problem; if we can't, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Because software and source code are digital goods that cannot be returned, we may decline refund requests made after the 14-day window or where there is evidence of abuse (for example, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles).
Purchases made through third-party platforms
Some of our products are sold through third-party marketplaces. Refunds for those purchases are handled by the platform under its own policy:
- Gumroad (e.g. Headroom) — request through your Gumroad receipt or contact us and we'll process it.
- Polar (e.g. Screen source code) — contact us with your Polar order and we'll process it.
- Apple App Store / TestFlight (e.g. Orbit) — refunds are handled by Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.
Consulting sessions
1:1 sessions are booked and paid through Intro (intro.co). Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund requests for sessions are governed by Intro's policies. If a session doesn't happen due to a problem on our side, you will receive a full refund.
